BMW D7 Marine Engine
A four-stroke diesel engine with direct injection and open-circuit cooling system. The Neoprene impeller of the coolant pump is driven directly from the crankshaft. Electric starter and flywheel alternator are standard equipment. The injection system is fitted with automatic bleeding.
This workshop manual describes complete procedures for dismantling, overhaul and assembly of the BMW D7 marine engine. If only part of the procedure is to be carried out (e.g. small repairs or replacement of gaskets, oilseals) the remainder can be ignored. The relevant technical data is provided with each section. General specifications are found on page iii. Assembly is generally a reversal of removal procedure. Special attention, however, should be paid to "notes on assembly". Checking and adjustment procedures, where applicable, are to be found at the end of the relevant section.

The FLEDA (Flexible LED Array) System for Ducati Sport Classic Motorcycles
The FLEDA System come with a one year parts & labor warranty. Also the FLEDA System has a 30 day money back, “no questions asked” return policy. You pay only for the shipping back to PAK BIKES.
The FLEDA and license plate bracket assemblies are NOT DOT approved and are for “off road” and “SHOW” use only. Purchaser assumes ALL responsibility for the proper installation of these systems. Improper installation of the FLEDA and license plate bracket assemblies can lead to serious injury or death to rider and/or their passenger and/or to other persons in the vicinity of a motorcycle equipped with a FLEDA and License plate bracket assembly. If the purchaser does NOT have the skills to install these systems they should seek a qualified persons with such skills to facilitate the installation of their FLEDA and license plate bracket assembly.
The FLEDA System replaces the entire stock tail-light and rear fender assembly on Ducati Sport Classic Motorcycles. It should be noted that any protection from “road spray” afforded by the stock tail-light and rear fender assembly will be lost with the FLEDA System.
It is suggested that you keep your stock tail-light and rear fender assembly, in case you would want to reinstall it at any time. It only takes a few minutes to swap between the FLEDA System and the stock system and back again.
