OPEL Zafira Engine transmission Installation instruction

Remove: Lift vehicle. Remove lower engine cover. Dismount front exhaust tube Remove catalytic converter. Dismount central silencer. Remove water tank cover. Remove water tank insulation. (see Fig.1) Align engine/gearbox unit by means of holding devices. Remove front axle body Have steering wheel engage in straight position. Unscrew clamping joint. Detach intermediate spindle. (see Fig.2) Remove battery. Remove battery holder. Vehicles with petrol engine Disconnect lambda sensor connector. (see Fig.3) Secure radiator against falling down by Fig. 2 1 Clamping joint. Centering mandrel KM-735 F23 gearbox Required special tools: Fig. 1 1 Fixing bolt(s) means of a wire. (see Fig.4) Remove positive junction cover. Remove fuse. Remove bracket. Disconnect earth cable. Unplug connector(s). (see Fig.5) Attach retaining plate and hang engine on engine bridge. (see Fig.6) Unscrew track rod joints and remove them using a lever Unclip guiding joint. (see Fig.7) Disconnect shift linkage. (see Fig.8) Unscrew rear engine damping block holder from gearbox. (see Fig.9) Disconnect front engine damping block from front axle body. (see Fig.10) Remove fixing bolt(s). Carefully lower front axle body. (see Fig.11) Dismount gearbox. Remove air cleaner housing. Remove air cleaner intake hose. Unscrew right engine damping block. (see Fig.12) Top up brake fluid container to ''maximum''. Disconnect pressure line connecting piece from concentric slave cylinder at clutch housing. Disconnect electric connector. (see Fig.13) Unscrew left engine holding block. (see Fig.14) Lower engine/transmission unit slightly by way of support bar spindle. Remove axle shafts from transmission. (see Fig.15) Remove shift cables from gearbox. If you have a problem, however small, call our Technical Department. Tel:- 01925 636950. Fax:- 01925 243111. Mon to Thurs 8.30 - 5pm. 1 Remove the plug from the Air Flow Meter (AFM). Release the hose on the intake pipe and remove the air box lid. Release the three remaining air box retaining screws and remove the air box base. 2 Remove the AFM from the air box lid and fit the new adaptor and gasket to the AFM with the four countersunk screws supplied. 3 Fit the mounting bracket to the AFM with the two screws supplied. 4. Cut out and position the template, tape in place, centre punch the two points and drill two holes 8.5mm diameter. Finally fit the

rubber mountings with the washers and nuts supplied. Drawing A. 5 Fit the AFM to the intake hose, but do not fully tighten the clip until the bracket is fixed to the rubber mountings. 6 Fit the air filter, keeping it square to the adaptor. Tighten the clip until the filter just moves, then give one full turn (360 degrees). No more. Don't overtighten the clip. Replace the plug into the AFM. 7 Cold air system Carefully expand the flexi cold air hose to approximately 47cm / 19". Position the cold air hose to finish approximately 10cm/4" from the filter (no nearer), and secure with a plastic tie. Drawing B. 8 The position of the other end of the cold air hose will vary from model to model. On some models there is a small removable section, on others you will have to cut out a small section from behind the grille. Finally secure the hose with a plastic tie to the nearest location. Drawing C. 9 Tuning. We suggest a simple CO test is carried out, as some cars may be set weaker than the standard setting. The CO figure should not be set at more than 0.5% above...

Steg 2: Under varneapparat-panelet funner du 2 torx-20 skruer som skrus ut. Grip tak i hele panelet og trekk det rett ut. Dette er festet med 3 klips i overkant og det midterste kan trenge litt hjelp ifra et bendeverktøy. Steg 3: Ta av beskyttelses tapen på Dash Mounten og huk den over panelets høyre øvre kant. Pull downwards the ashtray assembly and set aside. Step 2: Under the heather control panel there is 2 more torx- 20 that has to come out. Grab the heather control panel and pull straight out. It is secured with 3 plastic clips at the top. The center one might need some help from a bending tool. Step 3: The Dash Mount is hooked on the right edge of panel. Peel of the protective foil of the dual-sided tape before hooking the Dash Mount on to the panel. Step 4: Reinstall the parts in reversed directions. Report of the Development of OPEL (On-line Peer Evaluation ...Report of the Development of OPEL (On-line Peer Evaluation & Learning) Author FANG-YEUNG Wai Mei Department Communications Studies -- Digital Graphic Communications, School of Communication Abstract This pilot study reported the creation process and preliminary findings of an on-line peer evaluation platform for communication students taking visual based subjects. OPEL (On- line Peer Evaluation & Learning) was created as a web based platform that consisted of a dynamic database of selective student assignment work examples and their evaluations on each other’s work. The goal of the project was to investigate if OPEL would enhance learning for students in design communication courses that required them to value function over form. Evidence and observation of this study showed students found the OPEL experience to evaluate each other’s work to be both enjoyable and inspiring. Introduction In the fall semester of 2003, I taught a fundamental graphic communication course to a class of

80 first year communication students who were not necessarily all majoring in graphic communication. That course was designed to focus both in theory and practice; therefore, it was not just a passive appreciation class but an active class that demanded students to create original solutions for design problems. Even though students could use a variety of tools in the conceptualization process, the execution process would mostly involve using the computer to output their work. Very quickly, I was faced with the following learning and teaching challenges in this course: • Since my design course required original or authentic output for design problems that simulated real world situations, I rarely had model answers for the problems. Students would either have to rely on the instructor’s critique or to study each other’s solution in class. This would have required significant amount of class time. • On the one hand, the instructor due to control of class time would mostly carry out exemplifying students’ solutions or professional examples in class but on the other hand it was not conducive for active two-way class participation. • Students tend to be reticent in class, especially in a big class, because they would feel pressured for...
