Eitesal - Oracle Initiative Dear Eitesal members Eitesal, following its role of serving the members’ needs for developing their current staff and to build capacity with new high caliber resources in order to help in increasing the export opportunities and to open new lines of business to be able to face the global financial crisis, Eitesal is launching the first Initiative in 2009 in co- operation with Oracle and supported and funded by ITIDA to invest in training of 360candidates in different ERP Applications and Technology tracks The Participation in this initiative should go under the following terms: • Beneficiary companies should be Eitesal Members • Training will be covered by Oracle through its certified partners who are members in Eitesal as well • The Beneficiary Companies will be responsible for the attendance of their employees • 30% of the attendees should be new graduates and the beneficiary company is committed to hire them after being trained. ex: if the company wants to nominate 10 attendees, then 7 of them can be from its current staff and the rest 3 should be new graduates hired by the company. • ITIDA will fund 95% of the training cost for individuals and 90% for companies.
