Removal
1. Remove radiator shroud, cooling fan and pulley. Remove all drive belts and crankshaft pulleys. Remove
upper timing belt covers and gaskets. Note bolt length and location.
CAUTION: DO NOT rotate crankshaft counterclockwise (as viewed from timing
belt end of engine). If timing belt is to be reused, mark direction of
rotation before removing.
2. Remove crankshaft sprocket bolt and washer. Rotate crankshaft clockwise (as viewed from timing belt
end of engine) until cylinder No. 1 is at TDC of compression stroke. Align timing mark on camshaft
sprocket with mark on cylinder head. See Fig. 5 .
3. Loosen timing belt tensioner adjustment bolt, and move tensioner toward water pump. Tighten bolt to
secure tensioner. Remove front timing belt and tensioner. DO NOT rotate crankshaft after timing belt has

Mitsubishi L300 Engine Inspection Procedure
POWER STEERING OIL PUMP DRIVE BELT TENSION CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT : With your finger tip lightly tap the centre of the belt between the pulleys in the location shown by the arrow in the illustration and then measure the belt vibration frequency. Apply 98N of pressure against the location between the pulleys shown by the arrow in the illustration and then measure the deflection.
AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT TENSION CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT. (1) Loosen tension pulley fixing nut. (2) Adjust belt tension with adjusting bolt. (3) Tighten fixing nut. (4) Check the belt deflection amount and tension, and readjust if necessary. Caution Check after turning the crankshaft once or more clockwise. Check that ignition timing is at the standard value. Standard value. Before inspection, set the vehicle to the pre-inspection condition. Replace the three way catalyst when the CO contents are not within the standard value, even though the result of the inspection is normal on al items. Attach a three-way union to the vacuum hose between the fuel pressure regulator and the air intake plenum, and connect a vacuum gauge.

2006 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE GT
The brand new Eclipse is more eye-catching than the old model, but it’s the increased width that is most noticeable. This front-wheel-drive sports car is available in a 2.4-litre four-cylinder GS and 3.8-litre V6 GT.
Interior and trunk
Although the car is low to the ground, it’s relatively easy to access the snug front seats. Depending on the occupant’s size, seat comfort ranges from very good to average. Taller and larger people will find the upper seatback narrow. The driving position is very good, but would be even better if the steering column telescoped in addition to tilting. With the sunroof, headroom can be a bit tight for taller occupants. And there isn’t a lot of footroom on the passenger side. The passenger-side seatback does not automatically return to its initial position after folding it to access the back seat. You need to be very flexible to get into the back seats. The bench is only big enough to accommodate children or very small adults, and only when absolutely necessary. The rear seatback splits 50/50.
The hatch opens wide but the trunk is very small, especially if you've got the subwoofer installed. Trunk liftover is high.

MITSUBISHI NEW TRUCK SRT GUIDE
• This is a guide only to assist dealers and customers to select the most suitable truck. The new finished vehicle must be checked for compliance before going on the road either at a testing station or by a LTSA approved engineer.
• Trucks with a GVW over 12000 kg have to comply to an SRT of 0.35g. Tractors do not have to comply.
• Compliance date is from 1st Jan 2003 but due to delays in having approved engineers and obtaining suspension data, the LTSA have accepted that it may take until mid 2004 to assess all the existing fleet. Operators should check their trucks as soon as possible, especially stock and logging trucks.
• Although trucks don’t have to be certified , it is the operators responsibility to make sure he knows what his loading limitations are for each truck.

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Supplier Training Guide
Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) has partnered with Ryder Logistics to manage their inbound and outbound freight. MCFA users and Suppliers will submit their orders for pickup using either SUPPLIERNet or RyderEntry (a module of Ryder Online). RyderTrac, also a module of Ryder Online, will be used to track and trace loads in transit.
Process Overview:
Suppliers will notify Ryder of orders ready for pickup via SUPPLIERNet or RyderEntry. These two systems will allow Suppliers to electronically notify Ryder of orders that are ready for pickup. Orders will be received by Ryder’s i2 Transportation Management System which will optimize shipments and create load plans. Carriers will then be assigned and the relevant shipment information will be transmitted back to Ryder Online for track and trace purposes (i.e.: Pickup Date, Carrier Name).
RyderTrac will auto-generate an email alert to Suppliers which will include a hyper-link to RyderTrac. This link will allow Suppliers to view their load details online (i.e.: Pickup Date Scheduled, Carrier Name, shipment details per load). RyderTrac is electronically updated by carriers providing Suppliers visibility of their shipments from pickup to delivery.
