MORSE Marine Products SL3 Engine Controls Owner’s Manual

This manual must be accessible to the owner/user of this Morse marine product. Includes Installation, operation and maintenance instructions for your Morse marine product. Please read these Instructions through carefully and entirely before beginning Installation.

• PUSH BUTTON: Used for starling or engine warm-up. When the hand lever is in the neutral detent position, depress the button in the center of thfe handle to enable operation of the throttle without engaging forward or reverse gear. When warm-up Is completed, return the lever to the neutral position: the button will pop back out, making the control ready for normal operation.
• THROTTLE DAMPER:
Adjustment of this screw enables the friction in the throttle operating mechanism to be increased and prevent unwanted handle movement. To adjust, place the hand lever in the forward or reverse throttle position (just beyond the shift position). Remove the cover and adjust the damper screw; turning the screw clockwise increases the friction. Care should be taken not to overtighten.

The Morse Model SL3 Control provides both shift and throttle operation for outboards, ¡nboard/outboards, or ¡nboards with hydraulic* transmissions, or small, manual transmissions (Hurth, Yanmar) with light shifting loads of 15 lbs (6.8kg) max. It can be used with Morse STD.33C, 33C SUPREME, “KM” or “OS” Cables.

JLTDC01 condenser dryer with heat pump Instruction Manual

It is recommended that, for your convenience, the machine is positioned close to your washing machine. The tumble dryer must be installed in a clean place, where dirt does not build up. To keep vibration and noise to a minimum when the dryer is in use, it should be placed on a firm, level surface. Once in its permanent operating position, check that the dryer is absolutely level with the aid of a spirit level. If it is not, raise or lower the feet until it is. The feet must never be removed.

Specialist accessories
The following special accessories are available from your Service Force Centre.
Stacking kit (optional accessory):
It should be possible to stack your new dryer on top of a front loading washing machine with a covers depth of 60 cm and width of 60cm. Read carefully the instructions supplied with the stacking kit. Please contact your local John Lewis branch for further ad- vice.
Version to be supplied:
Installation kit for external condensate drain
Installation kit (125 122 510) for direct draining of condensate into a basin, siphon, gully, etc. The condensate tank then no longer has to be drained, it must however remain in its intended position in the machine. Refer to the “Programme options” section for how to deactivate the FULL TANK display.
Max. displacement height: 1m from the base of the dryer;
max. displacement length: 3m – with extractable stacker plate

Installation & Tuning Instructions For all Motorcycle Applications

Thank you for choosing PowerCard, with its unique load-based digital fueling technology. Please read through and understand these instructions before attempting installation. In order to further familiarize yourself with your new PowerCard, you may want to experiment with the interactive PowerCard demos online at PowerCardTuning.com. To get the most from your PowerCard, it is important to recognize the difference between “load,” and throttle position/RPM. For example, put your motorcycle in first gear and hold the throttle wide-open, then do the same thing in fifth. Notice how the rate of RPM change is much faster in first gear than in fifth.

This is because the load in fifth gear is much higher. Any given combination of throttle position and RPM can be associated with vastly different loads. PowerCard recognizes this, and uses proprietary algorithms to apply the right amount of additional fuel in the right circumstance. The PowerCard technology is unique because it is load based and does not rely solely on throttle position and RPM; it determines load based on the output from the factory programmed ECU, which has had thousands of hours of development and uses many sensors. Once the PowerCard "knows the load", you can adjust it to provide the extra fuel needed to get maximum performance from your modifications.

What PowerCard Does
PowerCard adds fuel. When you modify your intake/engine/exhaust, the stock engine management may not be able to handle the fueling requirements of increased air flow. PowerCard gives you control of additional “cruise” or low load (green), transition (yellow) and high load (red) fuel, and the transition points between these modes, in order to get the most out of your engine modifications. In carburetor terms, think of these as idle, accelerator pump and main jet circuits.

What PowerCard Does Not Do
PowerCard cannot delete fuel. If you are having idle problems with oversize injectors, PowerCard cannot fix this problem. Also, once an injector reaches 100 percent duty cycle, it will not be possible for PowerCard to add any more fuel. You will need to either increase fuel pressure, or move to larger injectors.
