The company undertakes a range of property activities and provides asset management services to investors. The company has a network of direct contacts with property owners and institutions to source property investments and also identifies new opportunities through dedicated investment agents. It identifies commercial properties where there is a good income and uses its in-house asset management and development expertise to enhance capital value. It also buys properties for long-term growth that have a good secure income from well-established companies.
