JET Air/Fuel Meter Installation & User Guide

1. Mounting the Air / Fuel Meter
Using the supplied Velcro, Suction Cups or L-Brackets, locate the Air /Fuel Meter in a convenient location that does not obstruct your view.
TIP: Clean the mounting area with alcohol or another nonabrasive cleaner to ensure the Velcro or Suction Cups adhere properly.
2. Disconnect the Negative Battery Cable
Locate the battery and remove the negative battery cable.
3. Routing the Wiring Harness
The wiring harness must be routed through the firewall to reach under the hood. Under the dash near the location that you mounted the Air / Fuel Meter, locate an existing plug or wiring harness that goes out under the hood and route the Air / Fuel Meter wiring through the firewall.
TIP: Make sure the wiring harness does not interfere with any moving parts (i.e.: gas or brake pedal) or touch anything under the hood that produces excessive heat, such as the exhaust system.
4. Connecting the Air / Fuel Meter + 12 V Power Connection (RED WIRE)
Locate the vehicles fuse box. It is normally located on the drivers side of the vehicle under the dash or in the driver’s side kick panel or under the hood. Included in the Air / Fuel Meter installation parts you have two brass fuse adaptors. Depending on which type of fuses your vehicle uses, select the one that fits your type of fuse. Connect the fuse adaptor to a fuse that has +12 volts all the time. Connect the RED WIRE from the Air / Fuel Meter to the fuse adaptor you just installed.
5. Connecting the Air / Fuel Meter ground wire (BLACK WIRE)
Connect the Black Wire from the Air / Fuel Meter to a suitable ground point. Existing screws or nuts that are attached to metal are a good location for this purpose.

For the operating method and precautions for the Super Airflow Converter, refer to the Instruction Manual. When installing the Super Airflow Converter, both this document and the Instruction Manual are required. Even if the car model and manufacturing year coincide with the contents described in this document, this product may not be installed in certain specification vehicles or remodeled vehicles. The manufacturing years of applicable vehicles are as of January, 2005. For the latest vehicles applications, Please contact your local APEXERA Office or dealer for more information.

The ground conductor of this product has two branches (black and brown). This has a very important significance to secure the voltage conversion accuracy. Connect the ground conductor by referring to the following figure. Installing the ground conductor in a different way from the connecting method specified by APEXERA will give damage to this product and the mounted car engine.

The above figure explains only the connection of the ground conductor. For the other signal lines, refer to page 6 and page 7. Be sure to wire the power cable, ground conductor and other signal lines to the positions specified by APEXERA.
Correct Connecting Method for the Ground Conductor
Connect the ground conductor to two positions of the same line.

PHP Tutorial 1 Geting Started with Dynamic Web Sites Setting Up Your Computer To folow this tutorial, you’l ned to have PHP, MySQL and a Web server up and runing on your computer. This wil be your “testing server,” where you can build and test your database-driven Web pages The most comon aproach is to run Apache (a Web server) along with PHP and MySQL, but it’s also posible, if you’re a Windows user, to use Microsoft’s Web server, IS. Because this can be a complicated procedure you’l find thre posible instalation scenarios below, ranging from the “Egads, I

have trouble instaling Microsoft Ofice, and you expect me to instal a Web server AND a database server” type of computer user, to the “Back of budy, I was instaling computer systems when you were stil in diapers” computer jock. Scenario 1: When You’ve No Idea Where to Start The easiest way to instal al of the parts of the puzle is to download an al-in-one solution—a simple click to go, one stop shop for powerful Web server software. One choice is the XAMP project from a group caled Apache Friends—ww.apachefriends.org/en/xamp.html. XAMP is esentialy an Apache Web server, PHP, MySQL database server, and a bunch of other stuf roled up into a single package that you can instal on your computer. It’s not a “production” setup—meaning you wouldn’t want to use this software for realy hosting a Web site. It isn’t optimized for working with lots of visitors, and it has some potential security holes that could be exploited if you put XAMP out in the wild of the Internet. However, for a testing server that completely simulates a real world Web server, XAMP is the perfect choice. It lets you create databases, build dynamic Web pages, and view them...

PHP and MySQL 2006

PHP and MySQL 2006.keyPHP and MySQL Tutorial Michael Coblenz 1 Topeka, KS - High school sophomore Brett Tyson was suspended today after teachers learned he may be using PHP. "A teacher overheard him say that he was using PHP, and as part of our Zero-Tolerance policy against drug use, he was immediately suspended. No questions asked," said Principal Clyde Thurlow. "We're not quite sure what PHP is, but we suspect it may be a derivative of PCP, or maybe a new designer drug like GHB." Parents are frightened by the discovery of this new menace in their children's school, and are demanding the school do something. "We heard that he found out about PHP at school on the internet. There may even be a PHP web ring operating on school grounds," said irate parent Carol Blessing. "School is supposed to be teaching our kids how to read and write. Not about dangerous drugs

like PHP." In response to parental demands the school has reconfigured its internet WatchDog software to block access to all internet sites mentioning PHP. Officials say this should prevent any other students from falling prey like Brett Tyson did. They have also stepped up locker searches and brought in drug sniffing dogs. Interviews with students suggested that PHP use is wide spread around the school, but is particularly concentrated in the geeky nerd population. When contacted by BBspot.com, Brett Tyson said, "I don't know what the hell is going on dude, but this suspension gives me more time for fraggin'. Yee haw!" PHP is a hypertext preprocessor, which sounds very dangerous. It is believed that many users started by using Perl and moved on to the more powerful PHP. We just send the Zip Code of a particular area in Kansas to the web service and it returns the sales tax for that region. Pre-requisites: 1)The server should support PHP. Since the server for the CIS Department supports PHP scripts, this would not be a problem for us. 2)All our html and php documents will be saved in the public_html folder in the U drive. 3)A text editor like notepad where we write html and php code. Tutorial Steps: There are 4 major steps involved: 1) Creating a simple HTML page , which has just one text box to enter the Zip

Code. 2) Download the nusoap.php document and save it the public_html folder. 3)Create the getTax.php which will access the web service using WSDL(Web Service Desription Language) file published by the Kansas Department of Revenue. 4)Run the web application. 1)Creating a simple HTML page , which has just one text box to enter the Zip Code: Copy paste or type the following code in a note-pad and save the file as getTax.html in the public_html folder. Get Tax Details Enter Zip Code of a region in Kansas and hit submit to get sales tax details for that particular region:

Enter Zip Code:

After opening the getTax.html page in the browser you can see the following web page: 2)Download the nusoap.php document and save it the public_html folder: Here we access nusoap.php which is open-source and available freely. WEB DESIGNER TUTORIAL TEMPLATE (4 PAGER)Learn Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in PHP By: Stefan Mischook - September 07 2007 www.killerphp.com - www.killersites.com - www.idea22.com Preamble: The hardest thing to learn (and teach btw,) in object oriented PHP … is the basics. But once you get them under-your-belt, the rest will come much, much easier. But don't be discouraged! You just found the easiest to understand tutorial out there on OOP and PHP. It may sound like a boastful claim … I know. But that's what the nerd zeitgeist is saying. … Or so I've been told. Videos: As an extra bonus, I've created a few video tutorials for you. They cover the same material as the written article and are designed to reinforce the article. • Introduction to Object Oriented PHP (4:05) • Why learn Object Oriented PHP (14:46) • Objects and Classes in PHP (5:26) • Build Objects in PHP - Part 1 (9:14)

• Build Objects in PHP - Part 2 (9:41) • Build Objects in PHP - Part 3 (6:18) If you have questions/comments, you can contact me at: stefan@killersites.com Thanks, Stefan Mischook Learn Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in PHP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is a type of programming added to php5 that makes building complex, modular and reusable web applications that much easier. With the release of php5, php programmers finally had the power to code with the 'big boys'. Like Java and C#, php finally has a complete OOP infrastructure. In this tutorial, you will be guided (step-by-step) through the process of building and working with objects using php's built-in OOP capabilities. At the same time you will learn: • The difference between building a php application the old fashioned (procedural) way, versus the OOP way. • What the basic OOP principles are, and how to use them in PHP. • When you would want to use OOP in your PHP scripts. People run into confusion when programming because of some lack of understanding of the basics. With this in mind, we are going to slowly go over key OOP principles while creating our own PHP objects. With this knowledge, you...

PHP Tutorial - Learn PHP

PHP Tutorial - Learn PHPPHP Tutorial - Learn PHP If you want to learn the basics of PHP, then you've come to the right place. The goal of this tutorial is to teach you the basics of PHP so that you can: • Customize PHP scripts that you download, so that they better fit your needs. • Begin to understand the working model of PHP, so you may begin to design your own PHP projects. • Give you a solid base in PHP, so as to make you more valuable in the eyes of future employers. PHP stands for PHP Hypertext Preprocessor. PHP - What is it? Taken directly from PHP's home, PHP.net, "PHP is an HTML-embedded scripting language. Much of its syntax is borrowed from C, Java and Perl with a couple of unique PHP-specific features thrown in. The goal of the language is to allow web developers to write dynamically generated pages

quickly." This is generally a good definition of PHP. However, it does contain a lot of terms you may not be used to. Another way to think of PHP is a powerful, behind the scenes scripting language that your visitors won't see! When someone visits your PHP webpage, your web server processes the PHP code. It then sees which parts it needs to show to visitors(content and pictures) and hides the other stuff(file operations, math calculations, etc.) then translates your PHP into HTML. After the translation into HTML, it sends the webpage to your visitor's web browser. PHP - What's it do? It is also helpful to think of PHP in terms of what it can do for you. PHP will allow you to: • Reduce the time to create large websites. • Create a customized user experience for visitors based on information that you have gathered from them. • Open up thousands of possibilities for online tools. Check out PHP - HotScripts for examples of the great things that are possible with PHP. • Allow creation of shopping carts for e-commerce websites. What You Should Know Before starting this tutorial it is important that you have a basic understanding...

Introduction and installation The need for dynamic content The Web is no longer static; it's dynamic. As the information content of the Web grows, so does the need to make Web sites more dynamic. Think of an e-shop that has 1,000 products. The owner has to create 1,000 Web pages (one for each product), and whenever anything changes, the owner has to change all those pages. Ouch!!! Wouldn't it be easier to have only one page that created and served the content on the fly from the information about the products stored in a...

The aim of the tutorial is to be able to create your own buttons, how to Align objects to the stage and create layers. States of the button The button can change it's appearance according to what 'state' it is in. There are four states: Up, Over, Down and Hit. 1. Up: Is when the mouse pointer is not over the button. 2. Over: Is when the mouse pointer is over the button. 3. Down: Is when the mouse pointer is

over the button and the mouse button is down. 4. Hit: Is an invisible area of the screen. This area defines when the mouse pointer is 'over' the button or not. Roll your mouse over the button below and click to see the Up, Over and Down states. You can't see the Hit area as it is invisible. The button has no actions so does not do anything. PHP & Zend Framework Tutorial

PHP & Zend Framework TutorialPHP & Zend Framework Tutorial I did a lot of googling, installing, re-installing, … but finally got my first php project to work. I used WAMP for the apache install, the Zend Framework as an MVC, and PostGreSQL as a backend database. Below you can find a basic tutorial on how to get started. Included are following steps: 1. Install & configure WAMP 2. Configure PHP 3. Install & configure PostGres 4. Set up the Zend Framework 5. Start programming I’m gonna try to keep everything as simple as possible. Downside is that you’ll have to try & configure some things on your own. On the other hand it’ll keep this tutorial from becoming too big (and you probably didn’t even got to reading this sentence)… Oh yeah, I’m doing this on my Windows XP system, I don’t know how differently all of this should be done on other systems.

1. Install & configure WAMP. Why WAMP? Well it’s the Windows version of the popular LAMP distribution and the installer configures a lot of things for you. I started with installing & configuring everything (Apache, MySQL/PostGres & PHP) separately which worked (after some time), but I want to spare you the frustrations I had to endure. I’m not gonna tell you how to download it and click next during the installer. The most important thing is the ‘httpd.conf’-file which configures the server. Following parameters are quite important (but should be set correctly after installing WAMP): - the parameter “documentRoot” points to your ‘www’-folder, where you can drop your PHP-files that can be viewed by browser when the server’s URL is given - the parameter “loadModule” points to the PHP configuration that should be used (PHP runtime environment normally is a separate install – Apache can’t handle PHP on his own) Important! I installed WAMP in my “program files” folder, so I recommend you do this too, otherwise you will have to adjust the php.ini file, which is discussed later. So, normally no configuration is need, and after installing you should see an “It works!” when you browse to your http://localhost....

PHP object-oriented programming

to download tutorial PDF - PHPobject-oriented programming.net technique php 74 .net november 2007 Knowledge needed PHP Requires PHP Project time 30 minutes Mention object-oriented programming to most web developers and you usually get the same effect: blood will drain from their faces and their eyes will glaze over. Thatquoteright0s a shame, because OOP is a hugely useful technique in anyonequoteright0s toolbox. The reason people are usually afraid of it is because OOP has long been the realm of “serious programmers”, as opposed to “dabblers”. Given that many web developers see PHP as a neat hack to add functionality around the beautiful interface theyquoteright0ve designed, you can imagine why OOP gives them jitters. In this tutorial, I want to show you how object orientation works with the minimum amount of theory and the maximum amount of practical, hands-on code that you can get using straight away. So letquoteright0s go OOP! Understanding objects An object is a bundle

of data and functions that you get to define. From a web developerquoteright0s point of view, the most common object type will be probably be a Page, which has some content and maybe a standard header and footer if your site has a uniform design. First, youquoteright0re going to build a Page object that makes it easy to create new pages on your site. This first object is going to hold one variable (the title), as well as two methods. A method is the fancy name for a function when itquoteright0s inside an object. Create a file, call it “classes.php” and give it this content: PHP object-oriented programming Paul Hudson takes the blood, sweat and tears out of mastering object-oriented programming, a powerful technique thatquoteright0s otherwise known as OOP MySite There are three surprising things in that code. The first is the class keyword, which tells PHP youquoteright0re about to define an object type. The difference between a class and an object is...

Using Ajax with PHP and Sajax

Using Ajax with PHP and SajaxUsing Ajax with PHP and Sajax How the Simple Ajax Toolkit can integrate your server-side PHP with JavaScript Skill Level: Intermediate Tyler Anderson (tyleranderson5@yahoo.com) Freelance Writer Stexar Corp. 18 Oct 2005 For years, the goal of creating a truly responsive Web application was hampered by one simple fact of Web development: To change the information on part of a page, a user must reload the entire page. Not anymore. Thanks to asynchronous JavaScript and XML (Ajax), we can now request new content from the server and change just part of a page. This tutorial explains how to use Ajax with PHP and introduces the Simple Ajax Toolkit (Sajax), a tool written in PHP that lets you integrate server-side PHP with JavaScript that makes this work. Section 1. Before you start This tutorial is for those interested in developing rich Web applications that dynamically update content using asynchronous JavaScript and XML

(Ajax) with PHP, without having to refresh entire Web pages with each user click. This tutorial assumes basic PHP concepts, including the use of if and switch statements, and functions. About this tutorial You will learn about Ajax, as well as issues surrounding its usage. You will also build an Ajax application in PHP that will display panels of a section of a previously written tutorial. Clicking on a panel link will reload only the content section and replace it with the content of the selected panel, saving bandwidth and time loading the page. Then you will integrate the Simple Ajax Toolkit (Sajax) into your Ajax application, which will synchronize the use of Ajax, simplifying development. Introduction to Netstat Tutorial

Introduction to Netstat TutorialIntroduction to Netstat Tutorial by: LearnSecurityOnline, 05/25/2005 http://www.securitydocs.com/library/3318 What is netstat? Netstat is a versatile tool catered for the windows platform by means of the MS-DOS (now a days referred to as "Command Prompt") command line. Netstat is also used in other platforms and operating systems apart from Windows such as Unix and Linux. In the following thesis I will demonstrate the security-oriented uses for this basic DOS and bash command designed for the newbie. Note: To access Command Prompt on Windows platforms simply left click the start icon, click run, type “command” or “cmd” (without quotations) in the text box and select open. How does netstat associate with security? The main use of this command is for the quick overview of active ports on your machine and their status, i.e. listening and connected ports, types of ports, and on UNIX, any open streams and a lot of other useful

information. This helps the user by notifying he/she which ports are open, which are closed and/or listening for incoming connections which can give you an accurate assumption of how vulnerable your PC is to attacks on the respective ports. For example common attacks that can be avoided if treated proactively include basic vulnerabilities tied to ports such as 139 which a hacker, or novice user, can exploit effectively by using a successive amount of standard Windows commands which primarily include “net”, or port 21 (ftp), 23 (telnet) in which a user can connect and obtain a banner of your system detailing your operating system or even, if they guess your password correctly, connect to your system obtaining complete control. Netstat examines both basic TCP and UDP connections and has the ability to filter between both or a selection of differing protocols (including IP, ICMP, TCPv6 and UDPv6, etc.). The ability to complete the aforementioned filters relies on one of the basic traits of almost all fairly analytical commands, this being, command switches. The switches relating to netstat are described further on in this tutorial in both sections 3 and 4 (Operation of netstat in Windows/Linux). Operation of netstat in Windows...

For some reason, almost every PHP tutorial on the planet makes the implicit assumption that if you're using PHP with a database, that database is going to be MySQL. Now, I have absolutely nothing against MySQL − I think it's a great product, and I use it fairly often in my development activities. However, it's not the only good open−source RDBMS out there − most developers have been playing with PostgreSQL for quite a while now, and quite a few of them would love to integrate their PostgreSQL backend with PHP. The only problem is, they have no idea

where to start − the functions used to communicate with a PostgreSQL database are different from those used in a MySQL environment, and the documentation out there could do with some updating. Well, it's time to bring some balance back to the universe. Which is why this article looks at PHP from the PostgreSQL developer's point of view, explaining how PHP can be used with the PostgreSQL database system. If you're a MySQL user, you probably don't need to know any of this; if you're a PostgreSQL fan, on the other hand, you can breathe a sigh of relief and flip the page. A Matter Of Choice 1 Getting Started Before we get started, you need to make sure that you have everything you need to successfully use PHP with PostgreSQL. Here's your cheat sheet: 1. The latest version of PostgreSQL, available from http://www.postgresql.org (this article uses version 7.1) 2. A Web server which supports PHP, available from http://www.php.net/ (this article uses Apache 1.3.24 with PHP 4.2.0) Note that your PHP build must support PostgreSQL in order for the examples in this article to work correctly. You can include PostgreSQL support in your PHP build by adding the "−−with−pgsql" configuration...

Key Matching Instruction for OPEL Immobilizer

Key Matching Instruction for OPEL Immobilizer and Anti-Theft ...LAUNCH Key Matching Instruction for OPEL 1 Key Matching Instruction for OPEL Immobilizer and Anti-Theft Warning System The main available function of X-431 is [Match Remote Key] for Anti-Theft Alarm system of OPEL and [Match Ignition Key] for the immobilizer system. Please follow the screen tips to perform the easy operation. Precautions: 1) The engine can be started only with the authorized keys that have been matched with the vehicle immobilizer controller. 2) When performing key matching, always match all the keys at the same time with the vehicle immobilizer control unit. 3) For the sake of security, all other authorized keys must be re-matched with X-431 if one of the authorized key was lost; thus the lost key becomes unauthorized and cannot be used to start the engine. The operation for immobilizer system is similar to that of the anti theft warning system. Here we only take give the

operation procedures for the anti theft warning system (take OPEL diagnostic program V15.00 as an example). Java Injection (CanDI) Pattern Tutorial

Java Injection (CanDI) Pattern TutorialJava Injection (CanDI) Pattern Tutorial June 15, 2009 Contents 1 Overview 1 1.1 Tutorial Architecture . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 1.2 Java Injection API . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3 2 Service Pattern 4 2.1 Using Services from PHP and JSP . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5 3 Resource XML Con guration Pattern 6 4 Startup Pattern 9 5 Plugin/Extension Pattern 9 1 Overview The four main CanDI patterns share a common goal: improve code with a declarative injection style. When Java classes cleanly describe their dependen- cies, their lifecycles, and their exports, they are self-documenting.

You can read the classes and understand how they will behave, i.e. you don’t need to read the code side-by-side with XML con guration to understand the system’s behavior. The custom, typesafe binding annotations are key to CanDI’s self- documentation, because injection points clearly describe the resources or ser- vices they expect with adjective-oriented annotations. Because the annotations are true Java classes, they are documented in JavaDoc and veri ed by the com- piler. The small number of meaningful adjectives means they don’t impose a signi cant coding burden, and are well worth the small extra development time. CanDI Application Patterns PATTERN DESCRIPTION Service Pattern Organize the application as a collec- tion of services. 1 1.1 Tutorial Architecture 1 OVERVIEW Resource Con guration Pattern Bind and resources with declara- tive annotations and con gure with XML. Startup Pattern Use @Startup beans to initialize ap- plication state. Plugin/Extension Pattern Discover plugin/extension classes for a service. This tutorial describes four main CanDI design patterns: services, resources, startup and extensions. Services center an application’s design by encapsulating management and data. Resources are the con gurable interface between the user and the application. Startup initializes the application. And extensions allow sophisticated applications to tailor...
