How To Use the SAP Tutor Player for Simulations & Tutorials SAP Tutor Player is used to view simulations or tutorials for SAP Training. A tutorial is a movie showing you step-by-step how to complete a transaction in SAP. It has both picture and sound for the transaction and steps you through what is entered in each field. Each tutorial can be viewed as many times as you want at any time! You can access the SAP Training tutorials on Tarrant County’s Employee website or directly from the TITAN SAP Training Materials website at this URL: http://www.tarrantcounty.com/titan/lib/titan/training/index.asp To access the tutorials, click on the Tutorial button for a specific course from either the Listing of Courses or from any of the components within a specific course. Select the tutorial you want to view by clicking on the link associated with a task. A Listing of Courses is displayed as an

example: Click on the ‘X’ in the Tutorials column for the course you want to view. A Table of Contents is displayed as shown below. Click on the word ‘ Simulation File’ for the transaction you want to review. All tutorials allow you to “interact” or use the SAP screen by typing information in a field or clicking on a button. They are initially set up to be in ‘interactive’ mode. If you want to just “watch”, you can change the tutorial at any time to run in “demo mode” as shown on the next page. To view a tutorial , just double-click on the “.sim” file such as: and the tutorial will start.
