Recruiters read a lot of resumes and you want them to notice yours Therefore it is of importance to include a short paragraph about yourself and who you really are. Things to include in such a section are your character

(focus on your positive character features) and perhaps some things that describe your person. This brings us to another very important point in writing resumes. People do not like to read a lot, so keep things brief and use bulleted sentences where possible (this does not apply for the earlier discussed personal paragraph). Bulleted sentences should begin with action words, like “developed” or “designed”. One thing you should realize is that a resume is not meant to get you a job, but to get you an interview.
