Therefore, prior to writing a resume you must understand and identify your own special skills as they relate to the type of job you are seeking. I. Before you attempt to write your resume you must: A. Identify the type of position you would like. B. Identify the skills needed to do the job. C. Identify your skills as they relate to the job or those skills that match B. A.
